^this is the brand i use, it seems to be the cleanest, regularly tested for heavy metals and the best type of processing. others can be made differently and not so clean.

i first discovered this chemical 6 years a go and it helped me with more health issues than i realised at the time. once i started to notice these differences i went on a deep dive.

on my journey i came across something call blue zones, you can google it and find out all sorts about the diet of people in these regions and how they live to be 100 years old and healthy but they all ate different things, i was confused.

Dr Aseem Malhotra wrote a book called the pioppi diet, its loosely based on the Mediterranean diet with carbs removed. he was on the right track to reversing diabetes but my lizard brain was tingling that something was missing. so i went back to the blue zones, i looked over each one of them and 4 of the 5 are right near volcanoes. the exception being loma linda, california. however cali has a long history of volcanic activity and hot springs not too far away. the other thing i noticed is that all these locations are equatorial (vitamin D).

so what have volcanoes got to do with health? im sure you have figured out its sulfur by now. the people in these areas were eating food grown in sulfur rich soil, the plants themselves were loaded with it and in turn eaten by the animals and then eaten by the locals.

sulfur if you remember chemistry at school was the overwhelming smell of the lab frequently.

sulfur is used to make proteins and nucleic acids, such as DNA. It also occurs in many essential enzymes. enzymes are chemicals that make chemical reactions.

in other words all the minerals and vitamins in your dinner are better utilised if consumed with sulfur. even better if the food you eat has been fed a sulfur rich diet, whether that be plants or meat because then they will have better levels of minerals and vitamins in them too, doubling your benefit.
